We are on a mission to help teams collaborate quickly and more effectively through innovative problem solving.

Design thinking is a trusted process that can be used in any industry, proven by companies like IDEO, Google, Shopify, Rosetta Stone, Slack, Facebook, and many others.

Why you would want us to facilitate a Design Thinking workshop for you...

Tony and Chrystal will thoughtfully design an interactive working session where your group walks away inspired with new human-centered problem solving techniques and tangible results for a specific challenge that you and your team are battling.

Teams benefit beyond a dedicated Design Thinking workshop by creating new behaviors that turn incessant meeting cycles into productive momentum and help strategically inject new life into team dynamics.

With user experience strategy, product design expertise, and a knack for team facilitation, they can help your team work more efficiently and effectively together.

Chrystal Gualtieri

Design Thinking Coach and facilitator

Chrystal is a co-founder of Design Thinking Nashville, a Design Thinking Coach, Facilitator, and a user experience researcher. When she's not running Design Thinking workshops, she is an independent consultant helping businesses leverage innovative problem solving techniques. She gets excited to use various human-centered design methods and mindsets to help solve complex business problems for her clients.

Chrystal and Tony worked to ensure that the whole process of planning, preparing, and hosting felt like a partnership. Their questions and feedback along the way made sure that the workshop was tailor made for our group.
